Besides the very well-known thrash combo's out of Holland, there are also some others that will be knocking on the door; Izegrim is one of them. Former vocalist Kristien left the band and Marloes (also bass) picked up the vocals and she does that with style. With this blond grunter at the wheel there is similarities with Arch Enemy. To let the world know they are still alive, they release this 4-track mini CD.

I must say that I'm impressed. Not only by Marloes's vocals, but also by the songs. Good balanced thrash songs, well arranged and sometimes very catchy. The mini CD starts with "Angel of Demise", not a new written song, but a re-recorded track from their album 'Guidelines for Genocide'. I must admit that the song sounds better and has more balls. The three new songs are leaving nothing to be desired; Izegrim is back and I'm looking forward to a new complete album.
