Oh, well, let’s hear what they have come up with (expectations not being too high after the quick survey of the band’s presentational skills). Again I experience that first impressions are put to shame by a musical talent and a solid effort.

The five lads play death metal in a way that I’d say is clearly inspired by fellow Danes Illdisposed and soundwise Dawn of Demise. The same groove and teeth-grinding drive is ever present on the ‘Eradiction of Fates’ EP and for that I have enjoyed listening to the four tunes.

No prize for originality is won by Aphyxion, but the effort is so solid that all is forgiven.

A promising young band indeed!
