Coliseums second full length album is a mixture of Black flag, Motörhead and Cursed – punk, hardcore and with some melodic rock parts. It’s definitely angry in some sort of way and, frankly, it tires me to listen to it. Funny for me to see to finally understand what people have been saying to me ever since I began listening to the darker sides of metal: ‘How can you listen to this, it’s just noise’. Oh yes, this is just boring noise for me, give me Finnish underground goregrind anytime, it’ll give me less a headache than this.
This music might appeal to certain members of the hardcore scene, but this is going directly into the garbage can for me. Good riddance.
