The legendary powerhouse that almost made it big time back then!

HOUSE OF LORDS – Named by Gene Simmons and signed to his label, they were bound to succeed… And even though they failed to deliver that no. 1 hit back then they sure haven’t been forgotten!

HOUSE OF LORDS are and always will be a household name in the world of Hard Rock – always sure to satisfy any ol’ craving for incisive melodies, hooks galore and an attitude unparalleled!

James Christian’s unique vocal capabilities, Gregg Giuffria’s over-the-top keyboard playing, Ken Mary’s spine-chilling drum fills and Lanny Cordola’s jazz-inspired guitar solos all added to the widely spectacular formula that constitued HOUSE OF LORDS….

After a long hiatus during the musically exhausted 90s the band returned to critical acclaim with ”The Power and the Myth” and, to make a long story short, went on tour anew… That tour, in Greece and in the UK delivered memorable shows which adduced the classics and finally led to this, their first ever live recording… And what a fabulous album!!

Personally I’m all nostalgic here listening to hit after hit showcasing all the finest moments from their 3 initial albums… The intriguingly beautiful ”Love Don’t Lie” (Written by none other than Stan Bush), the melodic orgasm of ”I Wanna be Loved” to the Led Zeppelin/Whitesnake hybrid of ”Chain of Love” – It’s all here! Everything that HOUSE OF LORDS stood for!

This is truly an album for all the Hard Rock nostalgics in here… They’ve preserved the late 80s sound and they really put you in that time machine leading back to you know when!
