Helloween
has been touring the World for the past two years, supporting
their critical acclaimed 'Keeper of the Seven Keys - The Legacy'
playing more than a 100 concerts in 40 countries. 3 of those
concerts - in Sofia, Tokyo & Sao Paulo were recorded live, and
just like the double live album released simultaneous with this
double DVD the majority of the songs on this DVD were shot in
Sao Paulo.
Full title is a bit of a mouthful; 'Keeper of the Seven Keys -
The Legacy - World Tour 2005/2006 Live on 3 Continents'. More
than 6000 enthusiastic pumpkin heads came to the show in Sao
Paulo and witnessed an energetic show from Andi Deris (vocals),
Michael Weikath (guitars), Markus Grosskopf (bass), Sascha
Gerstner (guitars) and Dani Löble (drums). The show includes
many classic tracks such as "I Want Out", "Dr. Stein" or "Future
World" as well as the 3 epics: "Keeper of the Seven Keys",
"Helloween" and "The King for a 1000 Years" and there is even
room for solo pieces from Dani and Sascha - so every
Helloween fan is served well on this DVD.
Helloween
proves to be true veterans, and puts on a great show - I feel
entertained and the crowd loves every second of the show. I
prefer the DVD to the CD release, because Helloween are
great on stage and it makes a lot of fun to watch them perform.
DVD 2 features 2 live songs more, a 45 minutes Road movie part,
a 45 minutes interview section as well as the video clips for
"Mrs. God" and "Light the Universe" - all in good fun and
entertaining.
All in all; good family entertainment, which I am sure will
please pumpkin heads around the globe.
Good one,
but not
awesome
just solid, no more, no less.
