This
is a digitally remastered re-release of an album originally
released 17 years ago. Bands
like Headpins and Heart comes to mind when I listen to this album
and most of
the songs are actually quite enjoyable.
I
must admit that I prefer my music more heavy
but when I’m in the right mood; Melodic Rock will do just fine.
The
info about this album categorise this album as Hard Rock but to me
this release is
a little more rooted within the Melodic Rock genre.
I
found this album quite dull at first but after numerous listen I
feel a little different about it.
The songs are memorable but could have been a little stronger. I
miss a REALLY catchy
chorus.
The
musicians provides us with Melodic
Rock in its purest form and shows an enormous amount of routine
and maturity in creating an album that will warm each genre-fan's
heart.
All
in all… a polished, hook laden effort that will be sure to
appeal highly to all open minded Rock fans.
