A post-apocalyptic show with elements of terroristic execution was presented by the Bulgarian heavy metal band RAMPART at the biggest European metal festival “Wacken Open Air 2017” which took place in Wacken, Germany on August 3-5, 2017. The musicians condemned the terroristic attacks in Europe and the whole propaganda mechanism of the terrorists for achieving power and media attention by demonstrating violence.

“The European civilization is tolerant and accepts the differences and the multitude of various foreign customs but when Europe becomes object of external aggression it is necessary to show the criteria for good and bad, and to rethink the measures for prevention”, declared the vocalist of the band Maria Diese from the Wasteland stage. RAMPART performed a symbolic spectacle with clear sociopolitical message. The band compared the terrorists’ techniques for influence with these ones of the corporate public relations. The show was filmed for a future DVD.
