Hi, first off all I just want to congratulate you with ‘The Onslaught’. Its one hell of an
Excellent album, if you ask me... but are YOU satisfied with it?
Completely! It has been a long journey for this record to finally hit the shelves, and it has gone through a lot of hard work to finally make it that far. We have been playing a lot of these songs for almost 4 years now, we are just glad it got the release it deserves and now we gotta tour on it!
Who or what has the greatest influence on you?
Every experience you have in life should influence you. Whether it be music, good times/ bad times and pretty much anything in life. You can pull anything out and put it into your music somehow. That’s how we approach it and will continue to approach it as we progress in our careers.
How do you feel about the co-operation with your label, Metal Blade?
We are damn happy with them right now. It has been almost a year since signing and it’s been a great relationship the entire time. We feel this is a perfect home for us and can’t wait to keep building upon it.
What's currently located in your CD-player?
A bunch of different stuff. I got the new Metallica in there; I like the new God Forbid and Mastodon records. I think A7X is still chilling along with Foo Fighters and Between The Buried and Me. And I’m sure LAX by the Game is in there ha-ha.
What tasks presently lie ahead for LAZARUS A.D.?
Everything. We want to accomplish as much as we possibly can, we aren’t here to be mediocre and we want to be a household name. We hope we can achieve that sooner than later!
I thank you very much for participating in this interview. Any last words for our readers?
